Privacy Policy

Edmonds Estates Vineyard respects your privacy. This policy describes how we handle information collected through our website, release-list signup forms, and Meta lead forms.

Information we collect

When you join our release list or contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, and message. If you place an order, information needed to process and fulfill your purchase is also collected.

Our website is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace processes information about website visits, which can include browser and device information, IP addresses, and pages viewed.

How we use information

We use your information to manage our release list, send wine release announcements and vineyard updates, respond to inquiries, and process and support purchases.

Service providers and advertising

We use service providers to operate our website, manage communications, and support purchases and fulfillment. These providers process information needed to provide their services.

We also use Meta advertising tools. We provide customer contact information to Meta to match accounts, exclude existing subscribers from certain campaigns, and help identify audiences with similar interests. Meta processes this information under its applicable terms and privacy policies.

Information submitted through our Facebook or Instagram lead forms is used to manage your release-list signup and related communications.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in an email. You can also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided. Some information may need to be retained for transaction records or legal obligations.

Age restriction

Our wines and marketing communications are intended for adults age 21 and older. Please do not submit information through our release-list forms if you are under 21.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices change. Updates will appear on this page.
