Dream oN

It all begins with an idea. Edmonds Estate has been shaped over decades with a commitment to restraint, conservation, and long-term stewardship.

Surrounded on all sides by preserved land and wildflower habitat, the estate remains intentionally limited in scale, allowing the vineyard to exist in balance with the broader ecosystem of Snell Valley.

This place nourishes our bodies and feeds our souls.

The Vineyard

Our vineyard is 10 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon. We carefully selected the rootstock and genome of our plants that was most compatible with the nematodes in our soil. Our rows are planted 37 degrees off of north to optimize sunlight on both sides of the vine for this place on planet Earth. Our water is 100% spring fed through horizontal wells in our mountain that run continuously. Our harvests are done at the peak of fruit sugars and in the middle of the night to ensure proper temperatures for the crush.

We have worked for two decades to restore this land and build a first class vineyard operation in order to produce first class Cabernet Sauvignon. Our vineyard produces 25 tons of fruit annually. A small fraction of our best fruit is used to make Edmonds Estates wines.

We are grateful for our vineyard management team who has provided deep expertise, local know-how, and years of hard work.
