Tasting Notes

The 2023 Elevation Cabernet Sauvignon opens with blackberry, cola and dried herbs in the nose followed by pleasant flavors of black cherry, earth, wet stone in the mid palate. Vanilla and oak arrive at the finish with ample tannins giving structure. Pair with grilled lamb chops, pork loin, and smoked meats.

This Reserve expression draws from the highest and oldest southern blocks of the vineyard, where exposure and vine maturity deepen character and structure.

With vibrant fruit, measured tannin, and a lifted finish, Elevation was made to work alongside food. Its structure refreshes the palate between bites, making it equally at home on a restaurant wine list or at your own dinner table.

Whether guiding a chef-driven menu or anchoring a memorable evening with friends, it brings confidence and balance to the experience.

Aged for almost three years in oak barrels, this reserve was crafted in limited quanities in San Carlos California. Elevation is featured in a number of unique restaurants, bars, and wine shops in San Francisco as part of a vibrant food and wine culture.

For select commercial customers, this wine is also available as an elevated house Cabernet Sauvignon and has an approachable structure for by-the-glass or bottle programs.
