2023
Restoration Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Restoration is crafted to be enjoyed on its own. It pairs beautifully with small plates and is equally compelling as a standalone, special occasion wine.

Only two barrels were crafted and bottled in 2026.

Tasting Notes:

The 2023 Restoration Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of dark cassis, cacao, and cedar. The palate is structured and layered, showing black cherry, subtle pepper, and fine-grained tannins supported by balanced acidity. Built for aging, the wine reflects both the power and restraint of Snell Valley, finishing long and focused.

Restoration is the purest expression of Edmonds Estates—a reserve Cabernet Sauvignon drawn from the finest, northernmost blocks of our vineyard. Nourished by natural springs and horizontal wells on our mountain, the vineyard yields fruit of uncommon depth, balance, and structure.

Restoration is designed to age gracefully while expressing the singular character of this rare valley.

Aged for almost three years in 100% new French oak barrels, this wine is unfiltered and was natively fermented.  This careful process uses the yeast naturally present on the grape skins and in oak barrels. This gives our Restoration Reserve unique flavors, increased complexity and a stronger sense of place.

This reserve is vinted and bottled at Leaf and Vine in Napa California.
